Uniquely situated, this house is on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded on three sides by water. The location, panoramic views, privacy and quality maintenance of the entire property offers a remarkable experience.
My husband and I were looking for a vacation home and place to retire to when the time came. We looked at many properties but as soon as we walked into this house, we immediately knew this was the place for us. The VIEWS!!! No other house came close. No matter where you are on the property, water is visible. We love the privacy that this property offers. Many houses in Cape Coral have narrow canals where the surrounding neighbors are able to see and hear everything their neighbors do. The noise traveling across the narrow canals was not appealing to us! We like to relax with family and friends enjoying our time without feeling like we are on display. Direct, quick access to the open water was another reason. This is a direct Gulf of Mexico access/no bridges saltwater lake located off the NW Spreader. We can reach many areas quickly by boat that are lengthy or restricted otherwise. Having driven or commuted everywhere we go, this location is appealing to us. From this house we can access all directions to find interesting things to do but maintain the privacy and serenity we desire.
The location is central to a wide variety of activities and multiple pristine beaches.
